3. User Account and Authentication

• Redemption Code Usage: Redemption codes are for one-time use only and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be shared. Each User account may only use the same redemption code once.

5. Rules of Conduct

• Responses provided by the AI Customer Service are for reference only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability. Users should use such information based on their independent judgment

• The accuracy and availability of third-party data sources are the responsibility of the respective third-party service providers. This Website assumes no liability in this regard

9.4 Survival: Upon termination of these Terms, the provisions of Section 6 (Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability), Section 7 (Confidentiality), Section 8 (Intellectual Property), Section 10 (Indemnification), Section 13 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution), and Section 14 (Miscellaneous) shall survive.

10. Indemnification

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be deemed in breach of these Terms for any delay or failure to perform its obligations hereunder to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by a force majeure event (including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government actions, national or regional failures of network infrastructure, power outages, or large-scale cyber-attacks) which is beyond the reasonable control of that party. The affected party shall notify the other party as soon as practicable after the event and shall take reasonable steps to mitigate the effects of the event.

• Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration and may only bring claims in their individual capacity
• The losing party shall bear the reasonable attorneys' fees and litigation-related costs of the prevailing party
• Any claim must be filed within one year after the dispute arises; otherwise, it is deemed to be permanently waived
